2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)
i. I started RP with SAHP and worked for nearly 2 terms in government as high command. I served all the legal orgs for multiple terms as HC. Also, I have been a leader of an active family. So, I have quite good management and leadership experience. I strongly believe with this experience I can take NG to great heights.
ii. I have been in state organizations and has closely observed each and every work done in National Guard. I have a good team that will help me in my term to make it active from the previous term. I am confident enough to be the leader of NG. I always try to be a good colleague in the org with my fellow soldiers.
iii. If I become a leader, I am confident enough to get good soldiers in the organizations who will provide training and help me run NG perfectly. The NG has been the best organization with which I have traveled. I will make it more active and attract citizens and teach them what proper RP is.
3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization.
My advice for improving roleplay level:
1- There will be high activity and planning at the prime time before 15 minutes to win the FZ. (11:45, 13:45, etc.)
2. I will make sure that all departments are active
3. For activity, I will make proper rules and regulations like (night shift-day shift)
4. Make sure that Every officer will attend scripted and unscripted events
5. I will make a good HR department so that new officer will get proper training and not break any rules
6. There will be more active soldiers for the gates at prime time.

NG Departments
Air Force (AF)
This department will be responsible for control over air. Where they do basic aircraft training. How to fly and act according to the situation.
Works done are air patrolling to help soldiers to move faster towards any global as soon as possible by air. By air patrolling on a timely basis and reporting if they find some unusual activity going on nearby the base.
Human Resources (HR)
This department is responsible for all sorts of hiring and training for the newcomers.
Special Operation Force (SOF)
This department will be responsible for every possible global and all sorts of store robbery or any hostage situation, scripted and unscripted events.
Military police (MP)
One of the most important departments, without whose help the organization cannot run, is Military Police. As the control of the rules and mistakes done will be controlled, make the soldiers hold all the necessary documents and be responsible for every task and checkup and run everything in a proper and professional manner.
