2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

• While serving the past 7 successful terms as COO, I've gotten the opportunity to work with so many different leaders, high commands, and staff. They have taught me so much about what works for Lifeinvader and what doesn't, and given several ideas that we work together on to implement. I think its time to take the next step in this journey, and apply all of these things as a leader.
• I've been known to mentor/guide others during my time with Lifeinvader. This is still very much a priority to me. As a leader, I will be able to better set things in place for the success of future terms and players in the community. This isn't just about my terms as a leader, this is about the organization's future as well.
• I want to better reconnect the organization with the citizens. There are so many new people to the city, and I think our team can help immerse them into the roleplay of the server. I'd like to take on the challenge of leading that team to that immersion.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

Ads Team:

• I plan to rework the way training and testing processes are done to better set up each applicant for success. Past HR members have brought this up as an idea, and I plan to work closely with them to implement that. The Ads department makes up a majority of the organization and is also what every citizen sees nonstop throughout the day. It is so important that we make these changes to increase the Ads team efficiency and success, which in turn helps the citizens to properly advertise.

Creative Team:

• The Creative Team could be an organization on its own - events are a huge part of bringing citizens and other orgs together. I would like to really reconnect the citizens to the creative team by introducing new immersive elements for clients. Creative cannot do what it does without citizens and clients, so this must be considered to let it continue to thrive and bring roleplay to the city.

Journalism Team:

• The Journalism team has been stepping up by doing more interviews and involving the LEO orgs. I would like to continue moving them in that direction by maintaining a steady schedule of videos that also include citizen related content. Similar to the creative team, I feel that its so important to reconnect Lifeinvader to the citizens, and Journalism can assist in this as well.
