Ads Team:
The depertment where it shows their excellency in the making of Ads. It is the department where its run 24x7. I had also worked for the ads team since the starting and i am well aware of the promblem it has to face. This department runs 24x7 I have plan to hire employees from different timezones so that the ads runs as smooth as butter. I am looking forward on creating a team where they bond themselves and feel free to work. Also have plan for HR department where i hire from different time zone so they alway available to train or helps our members.
Creative Team:
I have seen in this depertment that member are less interest or they scare to participate cause they don't know how to do creative works or dont't know how it works. I have plan, we will make this department understandable and we will launch some training programmes. It will helps members in their personal and professional life work so its create interest in our guys and or will make this Interesting Creative department and they have will to hire in this department.
Journalism Team:
Journalism Team runs their depertment in their own world where they do well. But I have seen this department is less contact with other department in their own Organisation. I have planned to make this department more interactive with other two departments and feels motivated. I respect their work cause it needs to too much
professionalism. The department I am looking forward to deliver quality articles to the citizens of Los Santos.
Our Goals:
1. Keep Lifeinvader a corruption free organization.
2. Looking forward on becoming an unbiased leader.
3. Create a friendly envirnment for the staffs.
4. Want to host quality and creative events.

- I was been in Li more than 5 successful terms. I believe my skills and dedication can help the organization. As a leader, I want to create new opportunities, improve efficiencies, and create pathways for sustainability. I know that we can make progress by looking forward with the right vision and strategy and addressingthe challenges in our paths to facilitate brand-new opportunities.
- After spending over 5 terms I should move on littile bit and take the next step of my life and become a Leader of Lifeinvader where i served as a member. As a leader, I want to create a culture of trust, team, and open communication where each member feels valued and encouraged to apply their best effort towards the organisation. I want to mentor, encourage and lead my team to become their best.
- Becoming a Leader or taking on a leadership role will more values my decision. I relish the chance to shape the future by my team members. This growth is not only good for my personal and professional development, but will allow me to serve the organization in a more meaningful way, supporting the organization and keeping the organization relevant and respected for the long term.
