I received a warning for RDM, even though I issued demands to a person who did not meet them.
The person who I issued the demands to were driving recklessly and car rammed me. I tried roleplaying the situation which the guy who reported me didn't care to involve himself in. He was simply just honking, driving back and forth and provoking. I issued demands to tell him to leave the wrong side of the lane, which he in the start complied to, which made me jump in my car ready to go. However, he returned quickly to provoke me even more which made me issue demands again. He failed to comply so I shot him.
Admins decision was made on the basis that the road isn't my private property, but where does rule 6.15 mention that you can only issue demands on private property?
My RP situation was valid as I was triggered by the incident and that he kept provoking me. He failed to involve himself in the RP by being a mute. It is so obvious that he is provoking on his own provided POV, he is in an active voice chat, he constantly checks if he is recording and yet doesn't engage in the RP.
Rule 6.15 says:
When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
