Banning admin was Ruby Spectre

I'm sure one or both of the admins are going to see this. Unfortunately I can no longer access my chat with the admins, so I don't lnow the name of the original admin who jailed me for no reason. I'm just going to tell the story from the beginning, but i'll try my best to keep it short.
I flew back into the city after being away for 3+ years. I found a family and a gang, and have been playing with them for 2 days. My only punishment during this time is "leaving while cuffed". When I was dragged into the police department, I couldnt see anything anymore, or hear anyone. At this time, I did not know about f10 or f8. So I restarted as quick as I could, and when I got back, I was in admin jail. I spoke to an admin about this, understood the reasoning for the automatic punishment (with 1500 players) and also accepted my punishment.
Here is the story of the current ban.
I woke up at the hospital following a bad dream about a gang fight. I purchased a rental car and started driving towards sandy to nourish the plants. Someone in "Trevor"s car was on the wrong side of the road on the highway/motorway, sending me flying 100-200 meters in the wrong direction. (ooc) the stranger in trevors car was totally unaffected by this crash, or nearly unaffected as only seconds after i landed he crashed into me a second time, even sending me into the green zone of the hospital and hitting a pedestrian. After this he continued his path up the road. I quickly followed, and as i was trying follow him / stop near him, he hit the brakes. I did hit his car, but I also was on my brakes so only gave him a gentle bump. I asked him what he's doing and where he got a driving licence from as he wiped me out twice. He did not speak, or talk in chat, so after maybe 20-30s of waiting, I just drove away. That was the only interaction I had where I was the driver within the past 4-5ish hours in the city, as, like I mentioned, I had just died in a fight, but before, I'd been driven around by my new gang memebers.
About 2-3 minutes after this interaction, I got 120 minutes in staff jail for car ramming. I did argue this in the chat, but got muted for "spamming" despite sending probably around one message every 2-5 minutes. Again, realising i'd have no other option, and there's too many players to deal with, I took my punishment.
After waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes I was a little upset. I had listened to a couple events pass over the radio, been demoted by 1 rank for not attending,but couldn't even talk to my gang as I had been muted, so I'll admit, I was unhappy.
I was asking in the admin chat for a video of what I did, with no respose.
About 4 minutes before my release (1hr 50) of being jailed, but serving my punishment, I wrote a message to the admin who put me in jail. I don't have access to it right now, but it was along the lines of "When I get out of jail, I'm going to buy a body cam, and a 2 TB SSD card, because you know I did nothing wrong"
About 30 seconds after sending that message I got banned for 60 days for giving threats to admins and being disrespectful.
Just to be clear, I did send a message to admins writing "Loser *somebody*", which was rude. Unfortunately I do not remember his name, and I cannot look at my chat anymore now I am banned. But it was the admin who jailed me for two hours for ramming.
In reflection, I think I could have been more polite when sending admin requests. I understand they have a lot of players to deal with, so having to open tickets with people being rude isn't very nice.
But I also don't think any of this is worthy of a ban. I was rude, and I'm sorry for that. But I don't think saying I will buy a body cam (pov camera) should be classified as a "threat" to an admin.
I suppose I wrote it in that way as I had literally spent two hours sitting at my PC in a jail. But I was just trying to explain, through my frustration, that my actions will be recorded from now on.
And thats a promise to the server, I have an Intel ARC b580 so without "Medal.tv" I wasn't able to record before, but, joining back to be a taxi driver, and then being with my gang members, I did not think I needed it.
I now have Medal installed and can record all of my gameplay.
This post is much longer than I'd like it to be, but I just had to give my true version of what happened leading up to my ban.
I've reviewed the rules and can't find anything that, strictly and in particular, I have violated, but I understand with so many players, quickly decisions have to be made, and especially if someone is being rude and not friendly.
All that's left, I suppose, is to apologise.
