2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firstly, Bloods holds a special place in my heart. As many know, it was the first gang which I was Leader of and where I first properly started showing an active presence in crime. I completed a sucessful 30 day term, with decent numbers and where we won the 7th Initial Crime Event for the most events completed. I learnt alot since then and expanded my presence across the city, I feel like I can lead an even better term this time
Since I feel experiences are an important factor into leadership, I will mention mine. As I wrote above, I was Leader of Bloods previously and most recently was the last Leader of Ballas where we achieved 100% turfs. This was a big achievement for me and my Turf team. Aside from leaderships, I have dep experience under several Leaders in crime and state. Furthermore, my experience in state speaks for itself and will allow me to think like a LEO in events where this is needed
Lastly, we just achieved 100% in Ballas. With my experienced Turf deps and team, I intend to achieve that again. Turfs are something that can make or break a term and since me and my team are highly experienced in posting, timings and rules, we know we can play clean and complete the Turf season
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I strongly believe in quality roleplay. For me, RP > Winning. We are not just here to win events or turfs, but I want to genuinely improve what this gang offers for the server and its players. We will aim to do multiple stores and FZs every day to keep the city interesting as what will probably be the only active gang around. I will implement a proper bonus system as this will help attract new members and keep old ones. Though turfs will be a large focus, it won't be the only thing and I will always try to maintain maximum activity and go beyond the requirements
Our goals this Bloods term!:
- Dominate ghetto and events from day one with high numbers
- 200 in the gang by day 2
- 100% in 30 days + max spray profits 24/7
- Have a gang active day and night, not just in peak times
- Build a respected gang, not just one for blackmarket shops
