i like how you used the word roaming when your POV clearly shows us leaving the ghetto.
+ you can see an SAHP vehicle also leaving the ghetto bcz we were in a global.

State Rule 5.5 only applies if they were patrolling.
They were returning from a store robbery, as seen in the POVs
It is not considered a "patrol" when the Leos are en route to or returning from an event/situation requiring the presence of state orgs.​
