hello , me and my friend were stealing a car then someone came from no where and killed my friend while he was stealing the car then I had to protect my friend , after he killed him he started to shoot me ( he start shooting first ) and he managed to killed me without a threating and it wasnt even his car so he has no right to shoot me.
