Good day Staff, I am not writing this in hopes to punish Jason Pluxury or anything of the sort, i'd like to clarify that right away.

I received a warn for MK and I have read the rules over and over and I know the rule states that you cannot finish anyone off to avoid RP (etc rob) or to help them bypass the RP, however it does not specifically state that I cannot finish someone if there is reason. First encounter was a vago in the ghetto, we were spraying graffiti and his friend kept following us, we downed the both of them, and I finished the vago because we are at war, it had nothing to do with me "saving him from RP" i do not even know the player involved. We drove around for awhile where in vagos territory we found a guy and talked with him before killing him and while driving away, i realized what was said and decided to kill him as i did not like it (all in RP of course) but I had no idea who they were, nor was I trying to save them from any sort of roleplay. These are the only two situations this happened and I can assure that I am sorry and it will not happen again, but I ask for forgiveness politely because the wording of the rule regarding MK is confusing. As mentioned, it states not to finish someone to avoid RP, but what if there is RP to it? I apologize to Jason and the affected players whom were offended, I know this will never happen again I can assure that, i just ask if you can find it in your hearts to understand my intention and lack of understanding in hopes that the warn may be removed.
