Additional information

1. Leader of Lifeinvader

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

- Most of my time in the city has been spent at Lifeinvader, where I climbed the ranks as both Manager and Supervisor under different Leaders and Deputies, picking up plenty of practical lessons along the way. I also worked on the News Team, so I know first-hand how crucial that arm is-it delivers nearly every update the public sees about events all over the city. Because my play schedule is steady, I am sure I could steer the whole place smoothly and keep problems to a minimum.

- I think of myself as a patient person who doesn't lose his cool everywhere. Keeping your head and working as a team matters for leaders no matter what. Ill dig into every detail and push Lifeinvader to the front of the city's media scene. To boost the company, Ill open friendly ties with other groups and sponsors. Also, all drama-whether IC or OOC-stays far from company business. Ill be around most of the time to help coworkers and anyone who emails or calls. When picking deputies and senior staff, Ill choose wisely so every employee is treated fairly.

- I intend to boost in-city interaction by running live-event streams, setting up quick interview booths, and sending out news vans and drones for on-the-ground reports. Well track every police briefing, follow gang activity (IC), cover new business launches, and relay fresh government updates. Doing so will keep citizens involved and give Lifeinvader a lively RP footprint across the city, positioning it as the first stop for real-time news and immersive stories.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Ads Department
The ads department really acts like the spine of the whole company, and even though getting every single ad past the board is almost impossible, Id still love to push us as close to perfect as we can get. To do that, Ive been thinking of running a short training camp where new and even current staff can drop in, learn the rules, and practice writing ads step by step. So many folks want to work with LifeInvader but get lost in policy or the system, fail on the first try, and even if they slip through, they still fumble later. By rolling out this camp, Im hoping we cut down those mistakes, build confidence, and in the end turn out cleaner, on-point ads every time.

Creative Department
Id like to fold creative and events into one big unit that Ill just call the Creative Department, because the truth is many projects need both brains working side by side. Inside that merged team wed track the calendar, handle tickets, and every ticket request that slides in-usually the posters, messages, templates, and all the smaller touches that right now just pile on the creative crew. By sharing the load this way, we make sure every designer, event planner, and ticket gets a fair slice of credit and effort, instead of the heavy lifting always falling on the HC at the front desk.

Only the Director and Deputy in the creative team can grab the tickets. From there, they split the workload among the whole crew, so every member-including interns-picks up something. That way the cash dont sit with just the Head of Creative; everyone earns their fair share.

News Department
Its the department most people shrug off, thinking it could vanish without a fuss, yet its the lone gatekeeper of city news. My main goal is to scrap the made-up stories, not add more, and zero in on what actually happens on the streets. By made-up news I mean any tale spun from thin air, so every alert we push must be honest and verifiable. To reach that bar, all I need is a sharp, no-drama manager-and I believe I already have the right person in mind.

Our Goals:
  1. Keep Lifeinvader free of corruption, plain and simple.
  2. Grow into a fair, unbiased leader our people can trust.
  3. Build a friendly workplace where every staff member feels at home.
  4. Host fun, creative events that leave everyone smiling.
Besides that, Id like to roll out the new ranking system so it backs all the updates I just mentioned and fixes a couple of other gaps that are still sitting here.

I genuinely want this chance to lead, and Ill invest all my energy no matter what comes up. Along with my ideas, Im ready to test every tip from the people of Los Santos so Lifeinvader keeps getting better as a news outlet.

Best of luck to the other candidates!
-Thank you,
