i have been punished and given a warning for random shooting in thread 1057644. its not exactly clear in there clip but i was in the process of robbing a house when they pull up to the house i give demands for them to leave as im robbing a house they refuse to leave so i shoot them. this is well within the rules and is a legitimate roleplay situation.
