ACTIVITY IN THE ORGANISATION
As a Previously Being a member of LSPD Organisation, i really spended Lot of time as HR which make me To Move a step Forward and check the area of unactivity and Reasons, And i will try that experience and coordination to improve the activity by Doing multiple things which will make LSPD more energetic and Actively Participating in Max Events we can without any issuee and Full the org as it Full Potential, and we all saw the DOC Highway being the Main Spots of Gang activity so i will start helping Sahp and we would do Patrolling on that area to get it more safer
Respect and Equality Towards Each other
I Couple of Terms i saw that HC being too Harsh on Low ranker and always tell them to Go for tows and stuff everything and instead HC go for events and Patrol, I feel sad Seeing this and i even Multiple times Send Troopers to Event and i do tows and all instead in recent term so, after seeing this i got a Good idea to Spread Equal Respect to each others because we all know that hc already have a lots of experience but what about our troopers They just go to minimum Events and Multiple times they even Forgot what to do in events whom to follow , which Even let to Some unproffesional Things so i will make sure that everyone get good Equallity in the term
Coordination and communication
As if we are officer Doing anything such as events , arrest etc Coordination and communication is one of the most important thing we have to do to complete the thing succesfully i saw in recent term that Some guys what ever they not listening everyone roaming here and there with no coordination which let to them doing the things whoich they are not suppose to do and get into Some Blackbook ( Blacklist ) or any ooc punishment so i think Coordination is one of the important thing and we should train everyone Goodly which i get you know in 3 rd section.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. TeamWork
Team Work builds Strong Understanding and Realtionship between employees and make them work closely with any thing in mind or jelously of get Ranks, Teamwork will increase the activity of the department and Make sure They dont break any rule and regulations which make then follow the Proffesionalism more goodly and make LSPDmore enjoyable to be a part of with the most comfortable Environment.
2. Special Training System
I think you all saw the Chaos Made between org during the Events everyone try to leads events and not listen to FIB Who taken main leads and as we no want any more misconduct during the events so on every sunday we will have a joint Training sessions with Every org in which we make 2 teams Between us 1st team Will be playing as gang units( consists of HCS mainly ) and 2nd will play as officers and Try to recreat the events Senarios in Which FIB will lead and Junior Will get better Communication and all the org coordination will get better and this will decrease the chance of any misconduct.
3. Internal Events
To make LSPD even more interesting We gonna have Internals Events by our PR teams in which all employee will participate and win some cash or any prize after succesfully winning the Event which will make LSPD more fun and increast the TO get other attention to Join LSPD , and make the org more succesfull
