Hello dear admins,

During a gang hostage event, all police officers were killed except me. I am a police officer (on duty) and I was still alive.

After the shootout, gang members found me inside the city, not on a highway or in a red zone. They tried to take me hostage, but:

My hands were not up

They were not aiming at me

There was no active threat or clear RP

ID 5821 will receive a punishment for UB driving

The location where hostage/rob situation got engaged falls outside of city
no rule violation there

However,

ID 36947 will receive a punishment for stalling
( even if there is going rule violation on RP situation doesnt mean you delay or avoid RP by calling admins etc ! )​
