I hope you are doing well.
I am writing regarding the permanent ban I received on Grand RP EN 3, under Rule 1.3 – Any fraud against players is prohibited. I was shocked to receive this ban, as I do not fully understand what specific action led to this punishment.
I kindly request clarification on the exact reason for my ban. I would also like to respectfully ask if there is any POV or evidence available from the admin AboSaif_Pluxury, as I was not provided with one. I believe this would help me understand what happened and give me a chance to explain my side if needed.
I take the server rules seriously and would never intentionally break them. If I made a mistake unknowingly, I am more than willing to learn from it and make sure it never happens again.
