I hope you're doing well.
I am writing to appeal a recent ban I received for allegedly violating Rule GR 3.1 due to insulting another player. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding, as the incident occurred entirely in-character (IC) during an RP situation, not out-of-character (OOC) as stated.
Initially, I was muted for 120 minutes, which I accepted, but I was then immediately banned for 3 days. I feel that the punishment was a bit harsh considering the context of the RP.
That said, I do sincerely apologize for the language I used, regardless of the context. I understand the importance of maintaining a respectful environment and assure you it won’t happen again.
