He was overspeeding and reckless driving on the Highway
I gave him pull over demand multiple times
When I shut his cars Engine , he did Code A for avoiding the consequences ! Which goes under GR 6.2 !!!

You cannot shoot an unarmed driver.
He wasn't complying with your demand. He can do that. You need to tease him and arrest him. You didn't turn on your siren while in active chase, and then you used lethal charge on a person without knowing if he was armed or not. You need better training from ORG, man.​

Nice try to deceive the admin. In your pov it is clear that the window is already broken from before and if the citizen also doesnt have full heath, he would be dead with two shots of shotgun and before coming out from the car you took out your shotgun atfirst then came out of your car where it was clearly visible the window was already broken. That's a good try but everything is clear in your pov.

As you can see I was not driving with any gun in my hand
I stopped the car in the mentioned time
& also I was just breaking that time to stop the car, not driving
I just got down with a gun, not driving the car with gun
