Leader Of San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP)❤️

1.1- i have been in many legal organisations such as LSPD, FIB, NG, GOV and SAHP. so i gained experience about the orgs that i have been. i have also been in High Command positions in SAHP and LSPD. So i have learned that how to lead and how to communicate with other legal orgs. as a all L.E.O. Organizations should help each other with the good communicate. we shall ask them to help us. Same for them, we will be there anytime to help them with anything. the biggest problem is in many orgs is favoritism. i will choose my HC Teams extremely carefully. Favoritism will not be the reason for me to choose High Commands. i will choose and place them to the departments which they are in the best.

1.2- I can also help other people to develop there skills and techniques to adapt the workings of SAHP. i mainly have excel in most of the skills like social skills, management techniques, leadership ability. Keeping a healthy relationship with other orgs to maintain stability in the state. I have a passion for helping civilians and be a good leader of the state .

1.3- in my term we will have the least TOXIC environment SAHP has seen (i believe), i will bring in the unique family feeling for SAHP. The units with feel like family to each other rather than enemys competing for ranks. when having a happy atmosphere everything will run a whole load better.

1.4- i will be introducing good bonus schemes so that people get motivated to come on duty, there will be some inner org event during weekends so that the employees dont get bored of their job. during my term i will make sure that people go on patrolling rather than just standing in the head quarters doing nothing. There will be a certain promotion criteria introduced for employees so they can grind. employees will work hard and earn their ranks rather than getting free ranks.

1.5- Finally!!, i wish to overall increase the missing activity in SAHP as we have seen in the past terms SAHP has been falling in activity with lots of leaders terms ending short. i plan to fix this by making sure HRT is active throughout day and night and is available to help out troopers at all times along with me and my Deputies. i also plan to make HWP more active as i have seen that recently in the past few terms their activity has greatly fallen off and are rarely seen on the highway but i plan to redesign this department to include better bonuses and also better tactics to make hostages not be taken so easily.

To Hire Best Employees For The Human Resources Team. To Avoid Favouritism In My Term.To Offer Great Hourly Wages And Best Bonuses For The Other
Employees To Organise The Promotion Ceremony Once Per Week To Give Motivation
To Work Hard For My
Employees.
To Communicate With Proper Radio Codes On Organisation Radio .
Correct Use Of
/try /me /do Roleplay Commands. mass Training Sessions Per Week To Ensure There Is No Rule Break Weekly Meetings With The High commands During My Term.
