Merci pour votre message clair et poli. Vous avez raison de solliciter les POV des joueurs 119511 et 198438 : cela permettra d’établir un compte-rendu transparent des faits. S’ils ont tiré à travers un mur, leurs enregistrements de caméra pourraient démontrer s’ils jouaient de manière légitime ou s’il y a eu comportement abusif (aimbot, wallhack, etc.). Nous inviterons donc ces deux joueurs à partager leurs vidéos, tout comme vous proposez de nous transmettre votre propre POV étendu – cela nous donnera une vision à 360° de l’incident. Une fois tous les éléments collectés, nous analyserons attentivement la situation, comparerons les différentes perspectives et prendrons les mesures appropriées (avertissement, sanction ou innocentation) selon le règlement de notre communauté.
