Dear Admin,

Recently I have banned for violating the Event Rule 1.7, which requires all participants to record their POV and retain it for the next 48 hours.But unfortunately due to some technical issues my POV got crashed and I didn't notice the POV crashed properly due to some IRL issues.
I apologize for violating the rule. I promise that it was not made intentionally, it was a technical error. I kindly request you to reconsider the ban duration. My account history is clear that I have not received any bans before. I assure that this will not happen again in the future.
