You said "oha" there is no word in english for "oha" so i'll assume that your conversation is in turkish, mutually, so no GR 3.3. And, in the context, "amk" is not used for any insult there.

I received such a feedback from the Turkish administrator, the man called me (AMK and this stands for a big swear word)
I think the decision was wrong and another response came from the admin (I said woaw, then I realize that it corresponds to words like oha omg woaw, then I immediately say woaw no or something, so I have no intention of fl here, and this does not mean that the other person does not make a rule mistake, please reconsider.
