Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Administrative Misconduct and Unfair Treatment in EMS (Grand RP)

Dear Senior Administrator,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing not with an appeal for unban or reinstatement, but to bring to your attention a series of concerning incidents that suggest internal bias, administrative interference, and misconduct that affected both myself and the integrity of the EMS organization in Grand RP.

Background:

I served as a Chief within the EMS organization. During my term, I experienced repeated instances of administrative pressure and intentional actions aimed at pushing me out of my position, seemingly to make way for a friend of the Curator.

Key Issues:

1. Intentional Delay in LR 1.9: There was a deliberate delay in approving LR 1.9. This felt orchestrated to create operational setbacks and increase dissatisfaction within the team during my leadership.


2. Restricted Access to the Bonus Sheet: Access to the bonus sheet was also intentionally delayed until a Senior Curator intervened. This move seemed designed to create internal conflicts and hinder the proper functioning of the department.


3. EMS Reputation and Hunter's Targeting: It's well known among citizens that EMS has been struggling with public interest for the past 1–2 terms. Even when the SH post was vacant, previous curators understood the situation and did not interfere. However, Hunter (admin) targeted us specifically, creating undue stress and enforcing unrealistic expectations, especially concerning SH coverage.


4. Mental Pressure and Administrative Bias: Hunter repeatedly placed unnecessary mental pressure on me, enforcing extra duties and expectations. This not only affected my performance but led to a toxic working environment.


5. Questionable Appointment Decisions: After my removal, there were several more experienced and active individuals available (former Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs, and active HC members). Yet, Hunter chose Nafil, who is notably inactive and unfamiliar with EMS administrative processes like calculating the bonus sheet. This decision seemed less about competence and more about favoritism.



Decision to Disband:

While I accept full responsibility for the decision to disband the term, it’s crucial to note that it was made under significant emotional and psychological strain. The environment created by Hunter left me with no reasonable path to continue.

Conclusion:

These events suggest a clear misuse of administrative power and favoritism. While I am not seeking reinstatement, I strongly urge senior administration to:

Investigate the conduct of the Curator and Admin (Hunter) involved.

Ensure future Chiefs or department heads are not subjected to similar mistreatment.

Uphold the values of fairness, transparency, and non-interference in RP leadership roles.

I have proof that Hunter and Nafil are involved in organisation targating


I respectfully request this matter be reviewed seriously. A clean and unbiased administrative structure is essential for maintaining player trust and community health within Grand RP.

Even though the complaint is not directly about me, I will reply since you are falsely accusing state curators of what you call "internal bias, administrative interference, and misconduct" and making baseless claims that fit your narrative.

The LR 1.9 was rejected in the first place due to your own POV being corrupted, No one was intentionally delaying you and you never brought this up to me as a senior curator, and about your access to the bonus sheets you got the access within a day of asking me.

You failed as a leader to maintain the minimum requirements of your curators and you got warned for it by your curator, which is okay and we all understand that it can happen sometimes. Additionally, you had many options to appeal your punishment, either by making a complaint like this one or by contacting me in curator chat, which you did. However, when I came to assist you in the voice chat you decided to disband EMS from your own by firing everyone without informing me, your curators, or any admin.

So instead of trying to throw baseless claims on the admins, you need to think about your own actions. You got disbanded and blacklisted for disbanding an org that never goes on freeze! Your actions led to your punishment and disbandment.

Final decision will be up to the chief admin reviewing this matter, wait for answer.

as you said in vc when admin asked you why you disbanded and nuked ems, and your reason was "in history first time" and accusing admins for being biased due to your own childish behavior and inability to maintain a org, well you can also be the first person to be punished for such actions.
