As you can see in the video 131039 called his friend by doing metagaming to save himself. His friend 38285 started ramming me. And 131039 failed rp. I am a corrupted NG officer but he didnt talk or interact with me.

For the CR situation, he was already punished by me over there. Also, there is not enough evidence for MG, and no fail-rp was found in the situation.
