1. Which organisation are you applying to lead?
I am applying to lead Marabunta Grande
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this particular organisation?
I am committed to roleplay and remain true to my RP character and my RP threads.
My motto is: shooting is a last resort – I prefer to solve problems through roleplay.
For ‘pointless’ shooting, there are things like turf and OOC/IC events, so I prefer to talk IC.
IC, I have an 18th Street past that originally stems from the Marabunta Grande, so it fits perfectly into the RP for me.
For me, fun is the most important thing – roleplay must be encouraged and should also be the main focus.
I would hold a meeting every week to continuously improve the internal gang atmosphere.
And last but not least: I'm not one to give up easily. With me, you have someone who sticks with something for a long, long time and works on it.
3. What suggestions does your organisation have for improving roleplay, and what is your goal?
I want to make gang roleplay more interesting for everyone, whether it's government organisations, other gangs or families, so that this RP is promoted.
Gangs should be gangs without always shooting around.
I would like to introduce special events related to roleplay, from lowrider tours through the entire city to dice games among each other in a ghetto atmosphere. Then I would like to use the secret rooms more for roleplay with the gang. Include the meat factory, slaughter cellar, torture chamber, abandoned house, and all the other locations.
Properly play out weapons and drug trafficking, from procurement to delivery to the buyer, with a middleman.
Do more roleplay with government organisations on an equal footing without it coming to a shootout.
