In this provided bodycam, you can see the suspect ID- 204440, he search me without say anything at time stamp 01:17. it consider as Fail RP

After that when I ask him why are you search me, he left the situation by Code A at time stamp 01:45, it consider as CL.
Please look at this matter ..

ID 204440 will receive punishment for Fail RP and General rule 6.2
As seen in the POV ID 204440 did Fail RP and broke General rule 6.2 at 1:20​
