Dear Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you regarding the ban imposed on my account on the EN03 server in GTA V Grand RP. My account was banned on 23/05/2025 due to inappropriate behavior (racism). Since then, I have made sure to comply with the game’s rules.
After the original 30-day ban period ended, I created a new account to play during my ban. Once the ban ended, I transferred a total of 28 million from my banned account to the new account via the in-game bank. After a week, I received another ban for this transfer, this time for 60 days.
However, I was shocked to find that the ban was later extended to 9999 days, preventing me from returning to play or using any of my accounts.
I kindly request that you review this issue, as my intentions were never to cause trouble or violate the rules again. I would appreciate it if the ban could be shortened or removed entirely, or if a solution could be found to allow me to return to playing normally.
