ID 200185 will receive a punishment for Car Ramming (CR).
It is not permissible to keep ramming into cars on purpose.
ID 133663 will receive a punishment for Meta Gaming (MG).
It is not permissible to use out of character (OOC) communication channels to gain an advantage in character (IC).
