1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been on the server long enough to learn the rules, community, and gameplay. I am ready now to move forward by assisting fellow players and shaping fair play to enhance their experience on the server. It feels like now is a good time for me to step into a more active and responsible role where I can help in overseeing the server as an administrator.
2.What are your strengths?
Thorough knowledge of server policies and hierarchy
Professional attitude during interactions
Calm demeanor while engaging with users
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Consistently active within the city
3.What are your weaknesses?
In my effort to assist others, I sometimes forget that I have my own tasks as well. But, I am learning how to better balance my schedule.
4.What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Assist players from different regions using multilingual communciation. 4 to 6 hours of daily activity. Experience in multiple RP (Role Play) scenarios. Conflict resolution that displays composure and maturity. Strong willingness to learn and grow with a positive demeanor.
5.Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I understand and fully accept this requirement so yes.
6.Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
No.

There’s no question in my mind that people deserve an opportunity to redeem themselves. I care deeply about this system, and if given the chance, I’m willing to work hard to regain the trust placed into me as a member of the team devoted to maintaining its fairness, enjoyment, and effective governance
