EMS (Emergency Medical Services)
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
For many years the EMS employees has prepared vaccines that could save life's of the city for the bystanders life's. This would reduce addiction, overdose and the deaths in Los Santos. However though the gangs are not happy with this. The gangs sees this as a threat to their underground drug marke, so they have stormed the hospital together in a bald move, where they have taken High Command EMS employees hostage, and issued a public statement to the LEOs to stop the vaccine immediately or the EMS high commands wont make it out alive.
The word of EMS employees being taken hostage makes everyone go chaos, it spreads quickly, civilians are afraid for their life's and EMS is paralyzed and this is where the LEOs are forced to act and will have no choice but to go in and save the EMS personnel because of the vaccine being an important key to save other people's life's.
This event will mainly be focused on negotiations, planning through LEOs on how to free the EMS employees, hostage rescue operations involving EMS, Gangs and all major Law Enforcement agencies.
Why this event:
- Focus / promote Role Play.
- Promote not only EMS but gangs and LEOs power as well.
- Practice on communication, coordination and proper use of necessary barricades.
- This is also to fulfill the EMS LR 1.9 requirement in depth and clearity.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
EMS - Will be roleplaying as hostages abd respond emotionally to fear for their lifes
Gangs - Responsible for the hostage taking and killing the LEOs to also setup demands and negotiate with LEOs
LEOs - All state LEO orgs are responsible for coordinate negotiations, ssurround the scene, plan a breach and attempt to rescue the EMS personnel who is taken hostage.
Other organizations involved:
Government may participate as well and be on LEOs side.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
EMS will not have any vehicles as they are taken hostage, they will not have any weapons as well.
4 Gang cars / Assault Rifle
6 LEO cars / Asssault Rifle
Note - No explosives or any snipers.
Admin Requirements:
- Spawn vehicles and weaponsss
- Spawn barriers
- Monitor the event to make sure everything runs smoothly
- TP players to the event and help setup
Rules of the event:
Gangs must not kill the Hostages
EMS cannot sself rescue themselves or carry any weapon whatsoever
LEOs cannot enter without negotiations
No snipers
How is the event won?
The event is won by LEOs and EMS if LEOs manage to take EMS free and rescue them to be safe and secure
Gangs win if they manage to kill the LEOs
Prize for the winner:
EMS / LEOs $500,000 split
Gangs - $500,000 split
