Over time, I’ve gained the ability to train new recruits, lead on-ground operations, and ensure the safety and well-being of our citizens. But my vision goes beyond just responding to calls — I want to build a disciplined, respected, and tightly bonded EMS department where every member, whether new or experienced, feels supported and valued.
If given the opportunity to lead, I will introduce formal training programs, improve internal communication, and maintain a standard of quick, professional, and consistent responses. I’ve always led by example — being punctual, respectful to both patients and colleagues, and stepping up whenever needed. I strongly believe EMS has the potential to become one of the most respected departments in the city.
I also understand that EMS plays a critical role in the larger city structure — we’re not just medics; we are the lifeline of the city. That’s why I’ll prioritize better collaboration with other departments, ensuring EMS has a strong presence and voice. With the right leadership and team spirit, we can grow EMS into a fulfilling and influential career path for everyone who joins.
To improve the RolePlay level in EMS, I will personally handle the hiring of every HC and FTO through a proper selection process to ensure only quality candidates are brought in. All freshers will receive proper and detailed training to make sure they understand the rules and maintain realism at all times. I will instruct all FTOs and HCs to prioritize hiring individuals with good-quality microphones to ensure clear communication with patients and enhance overall interaction.
There will always be an HC available during hostage situations and major events to keep the RP standards high and build better coordination with other organizations. I will implement day and night shifts for HCs to ensure 24/7 leadership availability. Ground services and the ARO department will be improved, and I will make sure all units act professionally both on and off duty to maintain high-quality RolePlay at all times.

I believe I’m fully ready to take on the role of EMS Leader due to my deep commitment to serving the city and my strong experience in handling critical medical situations with professionalism and confidence. During my time in EMS, I’ve responded to all types of calls — from minor street-side incidents to high-risk operations that required close coordination with law enforcement. These experiences have taught me how to remain calm under pressure, take control of chaotic scenes, and guide others through challenging situations.2.
