Fanas was born in an Ohio refugee camp—on American territory, but in a world in ruins. Driven by a strong desire to serve justice, Fanas once proudly walked the halls of the University of Law in Los Santos. He was a morale-driven lawyer who stood up for the defenseless—until the desire for more began to grow. Greed demanded more, but justice paid respect. Fanas listened.He slipped into the shadows after leaving the courtroom—dirty deals, money laundering, and a penchant for peril. When he reconnected with Ashura, a childhood friend who was prospering in the National Guard's corrupt ranks, everything changed. Fanas joined him, tempted by the power.
