Report 1(Cpt rule 2.39)
Hello dear Admins. This report is not to say i have any problem with markus. Just saying he made a wrong decision about a report and handing bloods the last territory for the 100% turf.
So basically marabunta reported bloods for highground in turf the Pov: Watch Grand Theft Auto V 2025.07.03 - 00.56.44.10 - Trim | Streamable
And the guy who reported got banned for cpt rule 2.39 (On consideration - Ban for Capture Rule 2.39 | Markus Cartel)
But the shot he made at 0:31 clearly didnt go through any object and even though it was close but it wasnt. (8-B01-BCD1-60-F7-44-C8-BF51-A20-FA8-D06-DC8 hosted at ImgBB)
Report 2(Circling)
Bloods reported for circling, here is the pov: Watch 6161616161 | Streamable which got approved. But i really dont see any circling in this provided pov, as you know the circling rule says if you are in the attack side you have to instantly enter without switching places in the turf territory which they didnt. They waited for the last guy to come and they entered in time (before 13:00 Turf time).

In my opinion he made wrong decision giving them the territory and i have it should be returned back and the season should continue.
