1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I’ve really enjoyed my time in RP — it’s been a creative outlet, a way to connect with the community, and an experience that’s helped me understand the server dynamics from a player’s perspective. However, over time, I’ve developed a strong interest in helping improve and support the community on a broader level.
I want to become an admin because I care about the server and want to contribute more behind the scenes. Being an admin would allow me to help maintain a fair, organized, and enjoyable experience for everyone. I believe my experience as a roleplayer gives me valuable insight into what players need and expect, and I’d like to use that to shape the server in positive ways — whether that’s through handling tickets, resolving conflicts, or helping new players get started.
2.What are your strengths?
One of my key strengths is communication. I’m able to talk to people calmly and clearly, even during high-pressure situations, which is important for resolving conflicts and helping players feel heard and respected.
3.What are your weaknesses?
One of my weaknesses is that I sometimes take on too much responsibility at once because I like helping others and making sure things run smoothly
4.What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Leadership & Teamwork: I’ve worked well in groups, and I know how to lead when needed without overstepping. I’m reliable, collaborative, and always willing to help other staff members.
Experience with RP and Server Systems: Since I’ve been active in RP, I understand how the server operates from a player’s perspective. If needed, I’m also willing to learn tools like moderation panels, logs, or Discord permissions to help behind the scenes.
5.Will you be ready to sell your business?

6.Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
At the moment, I don’t have any IRL issues that would prevent me from being active. I’m able to commit time consistently and stay engaged with both the server and the admin team
