I'm writing to you with full respect and sincerity regarding a situation that happened with my accounts.
I was initially playing with my main account, but unfortunately it got banned for 30 days. During that period, I created a new account just to continue playing and enjoy the server while waiting for the ban to finish.
I want to be honest and admit that I was not aware that this action was against the server rules. I now understand that it is considered a violation, and I truly apologize for my mistake.
After some time, I found out that both accounts have now been banned for 9999 days. I am really sad and regretful because I love this server and community so much. I'm not asking for any of the balances, items, or progress to be returned. All I kindly ask is for a second chance to return and play again on EN03, even with a fresh account and clean start.
Please consider this request from a loyal player who just wants to come back and enjoy the roleplay respectfully and by the rules.
