(Not off topic) Deceiving admins provided only 25 secs clip and he was not the one who was involved in situation the other guy to whom 111512 was speaking first break the rule 3.1 and 3.2 you came late and didn't know about the whole situation and posting only short clip so 111512 gets punishment, I will req reviewing admin to give punishment to 68192 as he provided half situation and croped full footage .
