Dear Lebron,
I’m writing this appeal with full awareness of the situation I’ve put myself in — and with sincere respect for the rules, the staff, and everything GrandRP represents.
Recently, I was leader blacklisted shortly after becoming the leader of Los Santos Vagos. The reason wasn’t something I did as a leader, but something I said in the past - before I even took the position. I made a serious mistake by insulting a member of the administration team in a moment of immaturity and frustration. That behavior was disrespectful, and for that, I want to say: I’m truly sorry.
Let me be clear - I never denied that it happened. I take full responsibility for what I said.
But let me ask a few questions, ones I’ve asked myself over and over since this happened:
Did I make a mistake back then? Yes.
Did I speak out of emotion, without thinking about the consequences? Yes.
But did I mean to attack the project, or tear down the work admins put in? No.
Did I know that those words would resurface and cost me my chance at leading? No.
And if I could take it back and handle it with more maturity - would I? Absolutely.
When I became leader of Vagos, I stepped into that role with excitement and a desire to contribute something meaningful to the server. I was fully committed to creating quality RP, managing turf dynamics fairly, and making the organization strong - both IC and OOC. But my past caught up with me, and I understand that actions have consequences.
All I ask for is a second chance - not just to lead, but to prove that I’ve grown since then. That I’m capable of upholding the standards this server stands on. That I can be someone GrandRP is proud to give responsibility to.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Regardless of your decision, I respect it and appreciate the opportunity to explain myself. GrandRP is a project I truly care about, and I hope you’ll allow me to be a part of it again - this time, with more respect, more maturity, and a clear understanding of what it means to represent the server.
With respect,
