Rejected Admin discord unban I Lebron Pluxury

Hello Lebron,
I play on a Serbian server and I became an admin on it, I contacted Aldin (the admin curator), and he sent me a link to a discord server(admin discord) that I couldn't join because I was banned from it, he told me I couldn't join the admins because no one gets banned just like that, please help me solve this because I really want to be an admin.
