My car was getting dragged out of the green location to be stolen, and I was involved in such a situation. I tried to contact any admin to get help and waited at least 15 mins without a answer. I was being muted when I asked the whereabouts of the admin. The mute though did not feel justified because I was only trying to find a solution to an unending violation that involved my car. I ask the examination of this silent and correct move on lack of succor in the situation.
