i have been security banned.

Hello higher ups, i had logged in after a very long time and saw that i was security banned. I didnt even play on the server for the long time last time i played for probably in 2024 and back when i used to play id follow all the rules and play nicely i dont know why ive been banned for security. I raised a forum request for this on friday since its been so long and i couldnt get a reply to it. im sending one again. Please understand that im not spamming, im just sending this to be safe in case the admins forgot about my previous forum. i have also atttached below screenshots of being logged into my social club account ( this is the only account i ever played on and i didnt even swtich devices even once that could trigger this ban)
I apologise for anything wrong i may have done without realising. Hoping to hear back.
