Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Reason 1: Leading is key. Im A born leader and i know it.
The main reason vagos had so many swappes on the job its because there was a gap in the leading, the leader should know how to make the group united make them feel whole and protected by all means.
In Vagos i will make the impossible to an easy job and all of that because the group will work together and every member of the Organization will fill like a family member and will feel appreciated and that is the most important.
Reason 2: Build the Loyalty again.
One of the most hard things for me in gangs its the loyalty and im not judging i was also like this before i understood the meaning of being in gang, you probably asking how can you build loyalty so there is an answer and its not money, money is important but not the main thing, the main thing is appreciation, what does that means? its means that if a member will give his heart to the organization he wants to feel respected and known among the team, you can give him ranks and maybe some bonuses and then he is yours forever and you are his and that how you build a fearless and unstoppable group.
Reason 3: Vision.
We back for the most important thing that makes the all 3 reason build like harmony and without it nothing is worth and nothing will work and im talking about Vision and you know how much important is for a leader to have a vision.
Vision means to see the future of the gang and yes to see the future in every gang member also because its your family now,
you need to want to have a future in the gang and be able to see where everything is going and that's how you achive greatness.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
First you need to make sure every gang member is knowing the rules and by that you dont accept everyone you see to the group,
i belive in quality before quantity and you need to test everyone who wants to be part of the family and the group with the most important questions, and for those who is already in the group test them every week with a quizz about the rules and everyone have to answer it and evoiding it will lead to down rank or kick.
P.S admins im the most serious man for the job. yes maybe im not 3 years straight on the org but i have people and deps who will ride with me this road and dont forget i have experience in server 2 also and i know i will do the best job.
