2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
The first main reason to why I want to lead the Blood Street Gang is because I want to run a organisation that isn't just fun but has a great impact on the server by providing continuous role-playing scenarios day to day and giving everyone a great role-playing experience even to newer players.
Secondly, I want to make Bloods not only an active organization but to give lower ranking members the opportunities that I hadn't received when I was at the same level. Nowadays, the lower ranking individuals of your gang don't get to participate in negotiations or rarely get to rob anyone so that's one of the reasons to why I am applying because I want to give that someone a chance to prove themselves.
Thirdly, i want to dominate every single org in city and my goal is to overpower every other org and get people in with good experience in terms of turfs rule brakes and previous experience who knows what they are doing and how they are running things.
My advice for improving the roleplay?
I believe that being active day to day will benefit the roleplay on this server. Constantly doing store robberies, FZ raids and general showing up all the time. I do want to provide my gang members with equal opportunities to progress through the ranks and as mentioned above, given them the chance to do what they wish.
Rewarding your own gangs members can really help as this will get them to attend events and keep the organisation active.
I will try to make my gang interact by playing all the events, especially the store robbery and hostage situation and keeping the graffities and try to keep 100% turfs.
My goals as Bloods Leader?
- Becoming a terrorist organisation (if possible)
- Fun RP experiences for all involved
- Gaining 100% turfs
- Doing a second term
- Massive IC event for players
NOTE: Consider my application even i don't have good level in game but i can handle the leadership as i was HC in orgs, Plus i were Leader in other Projects.
