2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
The first main reason to why I want to lead Bloods is because I want to run a organisation that isn't just fun but has a great impact on the server by providing continuous role-playing scenarios day to day and giving everyone a great role-playing experience even to newer players.
Secondly, I want to make Bloods not only an active organization but to give lower ranking members the opportunities that I hadn't received when I was at the same level. Nowadays, the lower ranking individuals of your gang don't get to participate in negotiations or rarely get to rob anyone so that's one of the reasons to why I am applying because I want to give that someone a chance to prove themselves.
Thirdly, We will make the Orgs within the server more active with more rp situations with other gangs and Legal orgs and the players on the server
My advice for improving the roleplay?
I believe that being active day to day will benefit the roleplay on this server. If you constantly are doing events or situations, it will attract a lot of newer players to join in more and continue playing on the server.
Rewarding your own gangs members can really help as this will get them to attend events and keep the organisation active.
My goals as Bloods Leader?
- Being active day by day
- Fun RP experiences for all involved
- Gaining 100% turfs fast and easy
- More IC event for players
