ID 476576 (ZK) was Permanently Banned with ID 408841 (Zknd Mobb) for Refusing PC Check. Even after ZK had challenged it, the ruling still stood that he was Permanently Banned. For context, ZK and I had an IC/OOC relationship. We broke up over a month ago, and since that time, he has repeatedly harassed me in emails and in-city when he shouldn't even be. He keeps killing me and my family without a word or context with this third account (ID 476576). I've got POV of a talk I had with ZK where he admits to his name and the evasion.
