I was giving a new player a ride to the license department. After dropping him off player id 116265 proceeds to ram me into the water (Beginning of video) I unfortunately started the recording a bit slow, at 0:18 you can see how he rams a player, but he continues to CR new players attempting to get their license at 0:54 in the video.
