- 1. Passion for Medical RP: I have a deep interest in medical roleplay. I’ve previously worked in EMS and I enjoy helping injured players, performing CPR, and handling emergency scenes professionally.
- 2. Leadership & Experience: I have served in high-ranking positions such as [e.g., Surgeon, Deputy Head, etc.] within EMS. I understand the structure and responsibilities, and I believe I can lead and grow the organization effectively.

- Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
- Regular Trainings: Weekly training sessions for new and old members to teach proper medical procedures (CPR, treatment, radio comms, hospital RP).
- Strict SOPs: Clear standard operating procedures for every situation like Code Red, Fire Rescue, and Mass Casualty Incidents.
- IC Behavior & Discipline: Every member should use proper IC communication, wear uniforms, and follow the EMS chain of command.
- Collaborative Events: Organize joint emergency drills with LSPD, SAHP, and FIB to create realistic rescue missions and improve inter-agency RP.
- Promotion Based on Performance: Promotions will be based on activity, RP quality, and teamwork – not favoritism.
