Rejected Ban for GN 3.1

I wanted to get a ban reduction since the rule says:

1. 3.1 Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited |Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.
   
   and I got a 8 days ban.(as you can see in the screenshot)
