2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to become the National Guard Leader because I am deeply committed to the growth, discipline, and strength of our faction. I believe in leading by example through activity, teamwork, and fairness. My goal is to create an environment where every member feels valued, motivated, and part of something bigger. With strong leadership, consistent events, and clear communication, I am confident I can take the National Guard to the next level and represent it with proud.
As a leader I will focus on activity, organization and fair opportunities for everyone. I will make sure members get recognition for their hard work through regular rewards, ranks, and events. I plan to introduce daily and weekly activity more training sessions, and consistent roleplay or tactical missions with the help of other organizations like that we will try to make a good environment between all the other leo organizations.
Communication and respect will be a top priority everyone will have a voice and decisions will be made for the benefit of the team not just a few individuals. I also want to work on better coordination with other departments/factions so NG always plays a key role in the city balance and events.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Promote Teamwork & Bonding:
*Encourage members to move in units and operate together.
*Organize off-duty team events (fun RP, mock drills, or events) to build unity.
2. Create a Respectful & Disciplined Culture:
*Treat everyone fairly and avoid favoritism.
*Encourage respect between juniors and seniors.
3. Correct Mistakes Through Guidance First:
*Instead of punishing immediately, talk to members who fail at RP and guide them on how to improve.
My Departments : As per me the current department and ranks are perfect so ill stick with it.
