As Osm rose through the ranks, he began to exploit the system, learning its weaknesses and manipulating the law for his own purposes. Slowly, he became more corrupt, using his position in the SAHP to gather information and cover up illegal activities tied to his personal vendettas.
Eventually, he discovered a trail of classified information related to his father's death, leading him to the officers involved. Now, consumed by the need for revenge, Osm uses his power within the SAHP to settle old scores, blurring the lines between law enforcement and criminality, all while ensuring his own survival in the dangerous world of San Andreas.

After moving to San Andreas,
Osm Rais joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP), quickly climbing the ranks. As they enforced the law on the highways, they began to see flaws in the system and noticed corruption within law enforcement. This planted seeds of frustration, and their own ethics began to shift.
Determined to gain more power and control, they resigned from the SAHP and joined a more covert role, where they could operate behind the scenes. They started manipulating investigations, exploiting weaknesses, and gathering classified information. Over time, they uncovered a conspiracy involving their family, pushing them further into corruption as they sought revenge.
Now, with access to the city's deepest secrets and power at their disposal, they are focused on settling old scores and reshaping the future of San Andreas to suit their own goals.
