1.Leader Of Marabunta Grande
2. First of all I want to take Marbunta a further step. as bloods has recently finished their respective term. And I would like to get a 100% Marabunta term. because of me and my friends who are old turfers from EN1 and wants to bring competition to EN3. I would like Marabunta to be a gang where it can finish the whole term. Keeping no RULE breaks and making sure EVERYONE are enjoying ROLEPLAY on GrandRP especially accepting no TOXICITY between inviduals within the gang. And I want to bring life to ghetto, because there haven't been much gang activity there lately. I think that I am a responsible individual. I think my responsibility will make sure that there is enough interactions with each individual within the gang. and I think that a gang involves team work where everyone can have the true experience of a GANGSTER. I've been in multiple gangs where team work hasn't always worked, and I would look forward to make a great TEAM with each member within the gang.
I am also a experienced player from EN1 and have been in many successful terms during my time in EN1

As I've seen in the past I have seen mass recruiting of people that have been given random ranks without proper knowledge of being a gang member. and giving 2 minute interactions with police in hostage situation and store robberies. And I would like to improve this from my years of experience in EN1 by implementing my ideas and helping other organizations also enjoy the ROLEPLAY on the server. I have always wanted to do a turf 100%. I know people who would love to assist me with this and also I have willing people to join my gang and support me. I would allow a more diverse gang activity. therefore I would like to dominate in the ghetto. building the strongest gang community. Because I am a dominant person and I find that achievable and unique. I've experienced a lot of things in illegal orgs during my past years in grp, and from that comes experiences I think is unique. I will keep a open mind and give the opportunity to everyone that would like to join Marbunta a chance to be a real GANGSTER and being in the best gang of the whole city. I've always wanted to be a leader and have true leadership, and keeping all members satisfied
How I am going to improve the RolePlay in the organization?
- I will teach members of the organization the rules within the city and keep them in line so they don't break them
- I will do a lot of activities during my term. Also I'm going to do a lot of FZ and store robberies. I will give clear demands about rules within each event and avoid rule breaking at all costs so both legal and illegal organizations can enjoy the roleplay
My goals for Marabunta:
- Making sure everyone enjoys roleplay
- I want everyone to be able to have an development in the gang and have their chance to climb up in ranks
- Dominate ghetto and spray all ghetto
- Building a good team that can lead the gang when I'm not in city
- 100% Turf
- Making sure everyone can be included
Ill also fix a unique rank system, and I will make sure everyone will be able to climb ranks with a good system
