384117 are using his personal car as bloods member = fail rp
436634 he his flying with the car like he has Batman's car. = UB driving sec 0:40

Is this a serious report? You are trying to find anything to attack my gang and the targetting is unreal. This is car theft event, a certain degree of CR has always been allowed since a long time. Anyone who has played this event, knows that. FIB and LEOs in your own POV did plenty. You are on one of the busiest roads in one of the busiest events, do you expect my gang members to follow the Traffic Code at a time like this? You have pull over and engine blocking features you can use in these situations. Stop taking IC to OOC because you can't win an event. The title is enough to understand all you are doing is targetting an org. And on top of all that, no audio from your game in the POV
