I was going around and I saw the BM being raided so I was just watching and then they start shooting out of the zone and they kill me and 2 others. In my POV im clearly not in the zone and I feel like from them its clear im far away and im obviously not in that zone.

show full pov of you leaving and rejoining zone, and why make a report on an org when your not even sure which one is it and you were not even close to getting a vest name or even ID, this event includes all 5 legal orgs: NG, SS(GOV), SAHP, LSPD, FIB so putting it all on FIB doesn't make any sense.

First off, you were just standing there outside of zone in your car while shots were being fired all around the area which leads to you breaking FearRP. Second off your 15 second POV NG can be seen shooting at you, no FIB agents would do such thing or were seen doing it

Fear RP self report and targeting FIB when you see people in clear as day military uniform (NG) and LSPD uniforms and their vehicles. Kill logs would show this is not FIB as FIB is told to stay alive and deep inside the area.

I'll also add that provoking and driving in and out of area and not listening to demands could be grounds for getting fired upon. (also fear RP)

No one is mad my man, just make sure you validate WHO you are reporting when you do it. Makes it easier on our friends up above.

well it is unrealistic behaviour for people to stay right outside a shoot out where 20 men are lasering anything that touches the zone and could be fear rp

This is completely stupid, you're right in the middle of gunfire and you literally dont move . Thats perfect RP isnt it ? My guy gets shot at and he hears shots constantly even in the beginning, what a normal rational thinking person would do is drive the fuck away or defend the black market. One of those two right ? but this guy , he decides to go straight into the line of fire and then report legal orgs on the forums.
